Include only PDF pages

For a full building set, enter the structural sheets' page numbers (as your PDF viewer counts them). Only the included sheets are sent and counted.

Send the PDF's text with each sheet (recommended). Claude reads notes, schedules, and values from the characters stored in the PDF instead of from the image pixels.

High detail on every sheet: add four zoomed quadrants (2×2) per sheet, at about 5× the image tokens.

Extra zoom (3×3 tiles) on PDF pages

Use extra zoom for dense sheets where the graphics matter, or for pages with no PDF text: general notes, schedules, and typical details. About 10× the image tokens for each page listed.
